Every time I think I have found every excuse to think John Schneider is awesome...

 ...He goes and does something else terrific.  As a mom myself now, it is sometimes very difficult to be a role model.  You have your child's little eyes and ears watching everything you do. With that kind of constant scrutiny it can  seem hard to measure up sometimes. But I am reinvigorated to keep up the good fight by my childhood idle when I see him 'leading by example'. I think of it as a little motivational gift for the sometimes thankless and glamorless, but most important job, of being a parent.
